Provided by YP.comFirst let me start with apologizing for the lengthy review, but necessary to explain that I purchased an 2000 10 ft camper several years ago from Scotts RV that was perfect for me and they were very professional and caring that everything was in great working condition, they even gave me an excellent trade in value for a camper that I purchased from a private party that fell apart on me. This winter I decided I wanted a motor home and went back to Scott's being a second time customer they went out of their way to get me into a rig that I am more than happy with. This is exactly what I wanted and needed. The 01 is in great condition and maintained very well, clean and comfortable. Will I go back, yes I will. I will expect to receive the same quality and professional customer service that I got from Jeff, Scott and Brian. If I do run into any issues, which I do not expect, I am confident that they will take care of it.

Provided by YP.comUpon my arrival at Scott's R.V. I met Ken "flip" Flippen. Ken showed us around till we found an r.v. that fit our needs. There were some issues with it. It needed some repairs. Ken promised it would be "good to go" when we returned to pick it up. When we returned, I found some other things that were of concern to me. Again, Ken promised it would be ready. I was even promised free delivery!! All the issues I pointed out were repaired. At one point they called me to say a repair they had made was not good enough and wanted to have more time to make it right. While everyone may have different experiences in a similar situation, I can tell you Ken kept his promises. When it arrived at my house, at a pre arranged time, it was as Ken said " good to". Thanks again Ken.

Provided by YP.comI recently purchased a used RV from Scott's RV and was very pleased with the experience. Not like used car salesmen with no soul, my sales guy was well-informed and although I am a seasoned RV owner, he offered advice and suggestions to help insure that I make a very good choice. They are salesmen, and as such, tend to promise to fix this and that and have this and that installed before you take delivery. This may take longer than some may like, but they lived up to their promises and kept informed. They aren't perfect, but neither are you, so I give them four and a half stars overall, and five stars for effort.

I would never recommend Bentley RV. They screwed us over so bad.We bought an RV from them that was on consignment. We paid a tremendous amount of money down, the brother that worked there had stolen our money plus the money we had gotten from the credit union, he got away with over $100,000.00 plus we found out we were not the only ones he had stolen from, well then they filed bankruptcy. All that is public record you can look them up. Then we found out they did not even have the title to the motorhome, we had to go through almost a year trying to either get our money or motorhome back from the original owners, because Bentley never paid the owner the money they had stolen it. They filed bankruptcy remember. They did not care about anyone they screwed over. But, we had to pay the price with lawyer fees out the you know what just to see Bentley get away free. Do not do business with them if you know whatâs good for you. This is not the only time they filed bankruptcy or the first time they got away with bad things! Trust me see below this was about our case! http://www.dol.wa.gov/business/disciplinary/disciplinarydealer.htmlJim Bob Bentley, Bentley RV Sales â VancouverFindings: Failed to pay off the owner / consignor of a vehicle.Failed to maintain a consignment agreement to offer vehicle for sale that included the consignorâs statement that guaranteed the delivery of the title upon sale, the consignorâs statement that identified the location of the title, the specific effective duration of the contract, and the signatures of the parties to the contract. In the sale of the vehicle, the parties to the contract agreed to a selling price of $130,000. Respondent sold the vehicle for $121,000 without obtaining the written consent from the consignor.Action: Fined $2,500, which is stayed as long as the Respondent fulfills the payment requirements outlined in Respondentâs Chapter 13 Bankruptcy filing in the Western District Court, Western District of Washington, filed on or about January 8, 2013. That filing includes payment to the customers.

We arranged a buy from Australia with absolute confidence and everything was done as I asked, 100% satisfaction, even problems were no effort to have corrected and we ended up traveling 8000 trouble free miles thru canada/yellwstone/yosemite and the redwoods then surprise jim arranged the sale of our RV for a great price, will buy again from a gentleman who I now call a friend, if your straight, he's your man, straight down the line stuff with Jim, thanks very much.
