Recently our apartment was involved in a devastating fire, where most of the families involved lost almost everything as we did. The event happened at around 5 am, at 6:30 am I called the claims department from the only information I had from my car and they took a message for my agent and I did not have any call back number for them as the building was still ablaze. This man, John Jackson, is fantastic. He found me through the crowds of people at 7:30am on a Sunday morning. I found out later others had to wait up to 3 days before their insurance would do anything.



John Jackson, really went above my expectation in those first few days of the fire and after. I am proud to say he is my agent and would refer State Farm to anyone that asks. Even the adjuster I have had to work with has been compassionate, and helpful. Any trauma you have to your family is devastating, but having an insurance company like State Farm that has stellar agents as John Jackson to help you through those first awful hours is reassuring that you can make it through the tough aftermath to follow.
