Without a doubt, the worst hair cut I've ever received. Been going to this Supercuts location for about 5 years now, and haven't had a problem. But, the last 3 times I've gone in the past 4 months, I've been even more disappointed each time. The young girl that cut my hair (Lucy?) did a terrible job. All I asked for was to get my hair thinned out, trimmed and shampooed. I don't think she understood the concept of thinning out someone's hair, because I had to ask her three times to thin it out, because it was just too much to handle, and she didn't do it. I walked out with the same hair do I walked in with. Very, very frustrating because I paid for a "hair cut" when essentially, nothing was changed. Now, I either have the option of doing it myself or going elsewhere and putting more time, money and energy into it. Either Lucy was new or lost, but she also forgot the salons location and the salons name when answering the phone. Twice. I came in with my friend who asked for an a-line cut, and she was just as disappointed with the younger lady who did her hair. Defiantly wasn't something she asked for, and ended up being really frustrated having to deal with the hair style she was given. If I were to recommend this salon to anyone? I wouldn't.
