OK, just do not say you were not warned. 1. Rude, unless of course your a new client with money in hand.2. Responsive only when legally liable.3. Inattentive to personal needs of disabled persons4. Inability to keep records (especially financial)and oh there is more.. and I am not making this up, I have proof in black and white... and no this is not slander. Tom is the worst businessman and property manager I have ever heard of or known... omg if I had just listened to the two reviews they had..... I even made many repairs to the property and care for it as if it were my own.... Nope, that does not matter.... Folks like Tom is what gives capitalism a bad name... (and cheap capitalism as well....) Just bullies people around who want a nice home.

I never write reviews, but had to say that the "gentleman" who answered the phone was the rudest person I've ever had the misfortune to talk to. All I can say is that he must be very successful, not needing any new, reliable residents and at 100% occupancy, because he really didn't want to be bothered by my call. Steer clear if you plan on any sort of courtesy or customer service satisfaction, as this is a sure way to know that he won't care about you, your leaky faucet or if you have drug dealers next door. Manners could go a long way to help your business! You lost out on a great tenant!
