I'm renting from them for last 8 years. I've had my ups and downs with the company. Most of the time they are responsive and quick to do repairs and and maintenance. Sometimes they just get cocky about little things which I can't understand but overall they are ok.
Glenn below mentioned Kathy. I suppose it's a property manager Kathy Stolp. Yes she's never returned a single message to me either. Had to work around. But maintenance dispatcher Dorene Richardson and residential services assistant Diana Ferguson were always there to help. Thank you.

Dave with the maintenance department of TMG came out to fix my water heater and did a great job! He was on time, professional, and friendly.

Everytime we call for help they send us to someone else to speak with usually Kathy she never answers the phone and we leave messages and she never calls back that's all they do is lie and scam you to get the highest dollar they can they took over while we were living here we went from please to upset so beware

From the minute that I walked in to get the key to go and look at a home, to the moment they called me and helped me be approved for my home... the whole situation was amazing and wonderful! The staff is some of the friendliest people I have spoken with for a long time! They truly understand what customer service is! They even worked with me and helped locate an account that I could pay on my credit to help make sure that I do not have to pay an additional deposit amount. I am very pleased and crazy excited to move into the most beautiful place that I have ever lived.!!!

I have worked with different management companies from the HOA side and they have been by far the most professional and personal. It is important to have a management company you trust and TMG is it.

Prompt responses, friendly and professional attitudes, excellent follow-up... what's not to like?
