I would have rather given this rating 0 stars, but that's not allowed...Seriously though, save your time, money, and health and find a different place to live! This place may be inexpensive, but you seriously get what you pay for. TJ Guyer is a horrible management company that is only out to get your money! Trail Creek apts are the worst! First off there is Sooo much mold, my toddler and myself were sick the entire 8 months we were forced to live there. They wouldn't even let me break my lease! I had mold EVERYWHERE! No matter how many times I cleaned it, it would come back 10x's as bad. My apt reeked of stale cigarette smoke, so all of my things smelled awful! Some of my food, and pots and pans also smelled like it. The walls are Sooo thin, you can hear every conversation, or noise your neighbor makes. I could hear every move my up stairs neighbor made.

I honestly don't even know how that place wasn't condemned, in the shape it is in.

When it was time for me to move I cleaned my place top to bottom, hoping I would get my deposit back. The apt manager at the time even commented on how nice it looked. But she said she had to wait for someone from the management company to do a walk through. So after weeks of waiting I finally get a letter in the mail listing all of the things they had to replace that I had suedly damaged. I was also told I left the place a dirty, disgusting mess. So my deposit they red to me was only $30 something dollars! I really believe that's how they try to "fix" it up, is by keeping their tenants deposit....not that the dump could ever be nice...

So PLEASE take my advice, and find somewhere else to live! I will NEVER EVER rent any property from TJ Guyer!!!!!! SLUM LORDS!
