Vancouver Housing Authority has been providing housing and opportunities for residents of Clark County for more than 60 years. It offers a wide range of services that include rental assistance, resident programs, low-rent public housing, and work force housing and community development. It also provides a variety of housing services, such as housing for families, housing for seniors, special needs housing, combating homelessness, home ownership, work force housing and apartments for rent. Vancouver Housing Authority has been nationally recognized for administrative and design innovation by the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials. Vancouver Housing Authority works in partnerships with various organizations in both the private and public sectors and is located in Vancouver, Wash.

I am saddened by all the misconduct and hope for change.

I have asked the VHA several times to assist me and educate me on reasonable accommodations because I need a couple. In the heat of a health crisis the VHA transfered me to a different housing specialist. They refuse to educate me on the voucher I am currently on. When I requested a meeting to discuss the voucher they refused and told me to look it up on the internet. After fulfilling tirhe verification requests they ask me for addition paperwork. I have be lied to, laughed at, and treated like an indenvent

They lie and keep you in the dark about your rights. I have been ignored, laughed at, discriminated against, and people mess with my paperwork. This also could be retaliation coming from Kalama Wa. Got involved in some politics agiast the city and Port of Kalama belongs to the people of the city and makes about 55 million a year. Let's weed them out! Fallow the money! The illegally took my HUD voucher when I tried to port to Portland. Worked with NW Justice Project for 2 years but they refused to take them to court and create justice. Let's bring justice to the community by sharing or experiences both negative and positive.
