I took my Ford Explorer to Vancouver Transmission on July 17th, 2009 to have my transmission rebuilt. When the care was initially dropped off the owner said he would be in touch by the weekend. After not hearing from anyone by July 21st I called and talked to the owner Joe and he talked to me with my disrespect and was very unclear with his words; felt like he was just trying to confuse me with car/labor jargon; At one point I had to stop the conversation and ask why he was talking to me so rudely, but it was denied, ignored but he started to talk to me respectfully and we moved on.
