Phenomenal bookstore that has been around Vancouver longer than I have! Huge selection of new and used items, and great customer service.

Fair pricing for items. Willing to search for items not in stock. Author signings for new and local authors. Great events.

Overpriced and unwilling to negotiate.

Book listed a 5 times what other sellers have priced.

Local, I could have gone in and picked up; supported my community book store that is struggling in this economy and with online sales, but "owner" was unwilling to negotiate price to what others are selling the exact same book for.

Don't shop local, when they don't care about the locals!
