Because they make you put SOMETHING in the stars, so I put one. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY unless you enjoy shoddy work and ZERO communication. Apparently, they have the contract for countertops purchased through IKEA and LOWES. If you want the long version, please feel welcome to reach out to me but essentially, they did not finish the work within the time frame listed in the contract, they did shoddy work - neither countertop abuts the end wall, and the holes drilled for fixtures (faucet, hot water dispenser, soap dispenser) are crooked! Our plumber called them on Wed 6/27 at 10:00am, and they said they would call us back to schedule a time to come fix it. I called the next day at 4pm and they said we were on the schedule - so I asked what date and time for it to be fixed - and she said, "No, on the schedule for Audrey to call you back." It is now Monday 7/1 at 10:00am and we still have not heard from them. So I still cannot have the fixtures installed and get my kitchen back in order. Oh, and note to Wall-to-Wall: your installers should not assume that the clients don't understand Spanish. We do, and we were not thrilled to listen to the conversation - even THEY said it was a "so-so" job while they were installing the countertops.

We purchased our quartz countertops through Lowe's and they were installed by Wall to Wall Stone Corp. The initial visit for measurements went smoothly, the representative was very efficient and it was apparent that he knew what he was doing. He was very solicitous to my requests and patient to explain the procedures of installation. When the countertops arrived at the appointed time, the install was flawless. The two gentlemen who installed also were so nice, it was a pleasure to welcome them into our home. They knew what they were doing and were very careful and respective of the rooms they needed to access to reach the kitchen. The fit of the countertops is perfect - I had requested no seam in the one countertop and it is seamless. The one seam that was necessary is almost invisible. We are so pleased with the customer service - there was no changing of appointments, they were on the job in a timely fashion, and the preparation and install was perfect. FIVE stars for this corporation and a HUGE thank you for a job well done!
