This is the worst leasing agency (Madrona Ridge) that has come through Camden Place. We have been at these apartments for 2 years and when our lease was up they raised our rent $100+. They also added an extra $40 fee for "pet rent" even though we paid a deposit. They were very sneaky about it as well and did not mention the fee until I called them out about it. The management has ducked my calls multiple times to discuss this and other issues including the amount of police that have been called to the property. If this leasing agency takes over your complex, prepare to move or pay $140+ extra on the same place you've had. The apartments themselves are decent if you live in the right area. As long as this agency is in charge I would not recommend this complex.
