Poly-Pak and Ship began in 1985 when JoAnn Boggs, with a partner, signed a single contract request from a large printing company. Thus, she launched a small garage-size company with four employees in a 5,000-square-foot building. Today, Poly-Pak and Ship has more than 50 employees in a 50,000-square-foot facility. It is one of the largest independent suppliers of polywrapping, labeling, mailing and distribution services to printers, publishers and advertisers. The company performs automated collation of catalogs, magazines, brochures, newsletters, CDs and product samples Its Kirk-Rudy labelers help in providing label and ink jet printing services. Poly-Pak and Ship is located in Vandalia, Ill.
