i have had four (4) bad experiences in your store......at one time there were FRIENDLY, HELPFUL clerks, not they act like "yeh, what a ya want?"........unless I am desperate, I will not shop there again.......after purchasing over $500 there a few months ago, I expect better than that......if you are going to be a UPS store, you should try to act like the UPS drivers, they are just the best!!!



I purchased a nail gun there and when, after just one box of nails/staples, it just blows air, I called to see if you could help me find someplace to get it repaired....I was blown off as if: Tough, you bought, now deal with it...



If you are reading this and you are not the owner, I expect you to pass this along to the owner..I will further investigate who owns this store and make sure they are aware of what's going on there.
