The first time I took my dog there, she got a trim. It was good. Her dewclaws where not trimmed though. This last time I brought her, I asked for a summer cut. I wanted it to be short for the heat. The gentleman I talked to said it wouldn't be a problem. When I went to pick her up, she was shaved but for her head. She looked terrible. I didn't want to fuss, so I paid the $65, and left. I called the next day to talk to someone about it. The woman I spoke to gave me an attitude for complaining and told me I should have been charged more because it took her three hours to shave her. If it took her three hours to shave a dog, either it was her first time, or she is incompetent. At no point did anyone call me to tell me they could not cut her hair short, that it would have to be shaved. I will never go back.
