Terrible experience more than once.

I had a machine not spin at all. So my clothes through the cycles but were never cleaned. $8 I was owed for that and I had to wait 3 months for the refund.

Today, more than one machine locked up and refuses to start, return money or even open. My clothes and another customer's clothes are trapped in the washers. After getting ahold of the owner and told to unplug them to reset them, our washer was still locked up. The owner said she had something to do and wouldn't be here for an hour and a half. When told that I really need to retrieve my clothes, washed or not because I work, she asked, "what's your question." Really. What exactly wasn't clear. When asked if she would have a refund available today so I didn't have to wait 3 months, she hung up on me. This is absolutely ridiculous. No customer service, no apologies for inconvenience, no offer of a solution.



I would use this laundromat at your own risk. There's machines constantly down, dryers that don't heat and washers that lock your clothes in without washing. Hope this helps you. If you are a busy individual that doesn't have all day to wash clothes, you could really be stuck in a bind.
