I am older and have several physical issues. Myself and 3 other older people I know suffered injuries here. However, there were many people in their 20's and 30's and over the months I attended, I saw most of those young people develop very strong bodies. They also lost weight. So I would recommend this strongly if a person does not have any pre-exisiting injuries or arthritis. If you have injuries or arthritis, I would find another place. I refused to do a certain movement, and one of the trainers insisted that it was safe for me to do that movement. It was not.
