I was bragging about how great Gerry's Used Cars was when I first became a customer because they fixed everything that needed fixing and even bent their rules by giving me a loaner for the night when my truck had to stay there.... HOWEVER, I just had to deal with them again and their customer service SUCKS! If you must deal with them, try to deal with any office other than Corinna. If you MUST deal with Corinna do not deal with Cheryl, she is an ignorant and rude person who has absolutely no customer service skills or morals/values, the way she talks obviously speaks volumes about the type of person she is. Just very low class and ignorant, rude, not very bright and basically just the bottom of the barrel. Try to deal with ANYONE but her, but I actually suggest you go some where else completely. I will be taking my business else where as soon as this truck is paid off. Just a total and absolute ZERO for this business.
