Excellent! Rick Davis repaired our stucco cracks on the exterior garage. The overall stucco finish has a high profile texture and Rick matched it perfectly. His understanding of his craft is extensive and Rick explained the fix in a way that made sense to me. He's easy to work with and kindly accommodated our request to perform the work on a weekend. He is fast and efficient and does excellent work even on a small job like ours. I highly recommend Rick Davis.

Rick Davis first is a great person, and second an exceptional plaster/stucco contractor. His product and knowledge exceeded my expectations. He was able to connect and match a 1946 home's original stucco, making the transition between the old and new disappear. I would characterize his work as old school quality; his preparation, personal touch, and desire to produce a great finish (stucco look) make him a great choice. Lastly, it is obvious that he loves what he does and his crew enjoys working together. If I have another project he would be my choice.

Rick Davis is an excellent drywaller and has a very reasonable rate. The interior work he has done for me has stood the test of time. You cannot go wrong with Rick. Hire him for your next drywall job and you will not be sorry, I promise!

Ric Davis is a consummate craftsman with a patient ability to solve technical problems and an artistic sense to know how to pay attention to details. Ric’s extensive experience with the use of pigmented plastering including acid washed, patterned or smooth, interior or exterior, makes him a valuable resource for any type of project. Most importantly, Ric works very hard to satisfy his client’s needs.





In 2002 I asked Ric if he could replicate the look of an aged, colored concrete, Arts and Crafts stem wall foundation I saw in Pasadena. I needed a particular “green color with hints of yellow”. I was completing the renovation of a yellow, 1916 Venice Beach bungalow and the finish on the foundation was a very prominent detail.





Ric completed the project providing me with an exceptionally beautiful, acid washed cement colored finish for the stem wall. Ric has since completed a similar project on another vintage house we own in Venice and is currently helping me color match the existing mortar in a vintage 1924 red clay brick building in DTLA.





I would recommend Ric to anyone who needs a job to be precisely and well done. I consider Ric both a friend and an ally in making sure my project is completed to last, while adding true value to my property.
