WebsiteSanta Monica Healing Arts Center was established in 1984, offering a variety of alternative healing modalities. Our specialty is Structural Integration, using the Rolf Method (Rolfing) for realignment and balancing the body to correct misalignments resulting from injury or repetitive activity. This process also releases the body from habitual patterns held in the tissues causing chronic pain and/or inability to move forward with openness and clarity. When a body is aligned and balanced it moves with greater ease. It requires less energy to function. Good posture is effortless and breathing is easier. The body becomes more flexible, more coordinated and athletic performance improves. We approach our work with the comfort zone of the client in mind, to be both effective and gentle.
We are an association that includes Sports and Integrative medicine and acupuncture.
