Terrible customer service!



In an attempt to get one appliance delivered I was hung up on twice, asked to "hold while I speak to my mother," called "that girl," and then the "store owner" (who previously told me she was the store manager) called and without a hint of apology for the disrespect spanning two days, proceeded to argue with me about the need for polite customer service. If you need to even THINK about being polite to customers, you are doing something wrong!



Additionally, I was unable to get a delivery window with less than a 5 hour gap or obtain a delivery date on Friday for the following Monday-Friday. I was told I would receive a call "sometime Monday."



Please go to another retail store where you will be treated with respect and have professional customer service assistance.

The Owner lies through his teeth. We had a dryer go down and when I called the owner of the company said " We charge $49 for a service call, if we do the repair, we credit the install the service call fee". The technician showed up and after two days of diagnosis they said that they it needed a Blower motor. They quoted me $162 for the motor and $89 to install. The technician told me that the part was at their cost and it was the lowest price available. I found the same part within 1 minute online for $40 less. I ordered the part to save the money. We called to have them come out to install the part and now the price to install will NOT include the credit for the service call. I figure they either lied when they said that they were getting the part at cost, or they lie when they say that they will give you the install credit. The owners last comment to me was "You are the one that low-balled my tech" sounds like this guy has plenty of high paying customers and doesn't need someone looking to get a deal.
