I received a text from AT&T that I was eligible for an upgrade - buy one iPhone6 and get one free. That was not accurate, but we purchased 2 iPhones. I immediately began to personalize my husband's settings. Within minutes, there was a problem with the screen. It was partially gray & had stripes on it, obviously defective. I called our representative at the store, and he advised me that I had to take it to an Apple Store. I was not happy. I called customer care, and they advised that I had 14 days to return the phone for any reason. My husband went to the store, and the Manager there said they did NOT have to take the phone back. Manager agreed to take the defective phone back with a $35. Re-stocking fee. My husband left very angry. AT&T Customer Care waived the fee. The AT&it store at 4100 Tamiami Tr S. does NOT know their own company policies, nor do they know the meaning of good customer relations. They are unscrupulous & fraudulent! Don't shop there!
