The MOST COMPETANT, Hair Sylist in all of SouthWest Fl. Is Gabby, at Avenue Hair Salon, Venice, FL. This young lady is sweet, caring, attentive and just plain THE BEST. She keeps a card on each visit with you to make sure she always knows what color or cut you like the best. She actually hears what you tell her and just doesn't keep smiling and do what she thinks is the right thing for you. Everyone is offered a complementary drink or two, of soda, water, or wine. The music that plays quietly is
'Soft Rock', (from the 1970's)...Journey, Bread, Elton, The Beatles, etc.
I moved and now (this is sooo true), I fly in from Raleigh, NC to visit my Mother and friends every 3 months and ALWAYS have my hair done by GABBY without going back home first. You should ALSO! You really ARE missing out if you don't get Gabby at Avenue Hair Salon, to spoil you one afternoon. To make "it" ALL ABOUT JUST YOU (for once). And remember. ...ask for GABBY!

I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the salon to everyone. Staff is highly trained and very friendly. The stylist taught me how to recreate my look at home too.

Don't go to get your hair highlighted. They will turn your hair orange, dye it brown and then offer for you to sign a waiver and pay $75 to have it re-done the correct way.
