I can't say enough good things about Leaderchip and their staff. My company had a terrible situation with our previous technician and we were in a situation that could have crippled my company. The Owner Troy rushed to my office and even though he had never been here before was so knowledgeable he had us back up and running before the day was over. I have recommended Leaderchip to everyone I know.

They told me my laptop would be done within 24-48 hrs. No call 48 hrs later. I had to call,and was told it still wasn't ready. Fine, but at least have the courtesy to call to inform me. I went to pick it up and got three different stories on what was wrong. Even tho they never finished checking it out I still had to pay them. What crooks. I'm taking it to someone else today who believes I was misled with there diagnosis. I would not reccomend this place. This was the second time we tried them and the second time we didn't get a straight answer and charged for nothing.
