This restaurant has gone downhill! Plates, although some big, were extremely bland and the pizza was awful. The sauce was bitter and the rest of the pizza had no taste, even with pepperoni on it. We went with a large family party and waited over an hour to get our food. The sauce to go on the pasta was an enormous upcharge and we didn't plan on it in our budget, leaving the waitress with less tip, which somewhat wasn't fair. The waitress made us feel uncomfortable asking for things because we would see a roll of the eyes and frustration. Usually, the service is poor but last night it was exceptionally so. We asked to see the manager, so the owner came out and said the miscommunication of the upcharge was our fault that we didn't read the menu right. (It says a side of sauce costs money, but normally the sauce comes with the pasta so we thought nothing of it) The owner was rude, arrogant and not interested in customer satisfaction so we simply said okay, we wont be coming here again and she said "suit yourself" so we apparently don't matter to her as customers and we are replaceable. That was on Mother's Day...way to make us mother's feel appreciated!
