I found the folks at MRT to be very helpful and happy. I would rate the selection of plants and lawn products available as excellent. We will continue to do business with MRT for most of our lawn and garden needs.

Don't bother with this business! These folks are rude, lazy and nasty. I visited this business because of the great price on red mulch. The cashier obviously didn't want to be there that morning, she acted as if I was bothering her by coming in to do business. The fellow who was sent out to load my truck was angry because I didn't help him load the mulch. I only ordered 15 bags; I wish I could help, but I just recently underwent a hip replacement and back surgery. When I advised him of that, he rolled his eyes and walked away mumbling something. If this place treats everyone like this, they won't be in business much longer. Maybe some retraining of employees should be considered.



It really bothers me that small businesses complain about the economic times, yet the customer service really stinks at the point of sale. Brush up on your customer service and put a smile on your face - You and your customers will be much happier!
