I had a perfectly seamless experience renting a car from My Value in Venice. Blaine was very professional and helpful and I loved the free door to door pick up and drop off. Excellent value compared to the other options available in Venice. Enthusiastic thumbs up!

I can not say enough good things about My Value Car Rental. Excellent customer service. Excellent selection of cars and the rates couldn't be beat. Josh Doty was very helpful, courteous and at the same time very professional. It's a family owned business and I and my husband was treated like family. My value car rental is a great place to rent from. I've been renting from here for over a year and I've never had an issue. The owners Josh and Jackie are very nice and willing to go out of their way to help. The staff is always pleasant and the rental store is always clean. I've rented 3 different types of vehicles all in great condition and maintenance all kept up. My value rental car has a very reasonable deposit which most rental places your deposit is more then the cost of the rental. I'll always go here because when I walk in the door I'm not treated as a stranger everyone treats myself and family like friends. When I go into a place of business I look for friendliness, cleanliness, and value which this place has all of. When I first started renting from the company they only had one location now they have two locations so that shows that they have been many happy customers. They offer many different types of vehicles to rent from, from small cars to vans to trucks. I'm a happy customer and will continue recommending My Value Rental car to anyone looking for a rental vehicle.

Yes this is the most horrible car rental company I've ever dealt with my wife. Matter fact I'm gonna go have a nice little talk with my attorney about the slander the owner Josh completely caused a scene at one of my customers houses tried to leave with my rental the Geico wouldn't pay for two days I just had a three hour notice to me update my payment which would've been no problem I was waiting for my on-site to be done. Not only was Josh and not a nice guy but he told me basically to F off to take it or leave it or you gonna throw all my stuff on the side of the road and leave. Josh watch your reputation in the next couple days as I destroy it EVERYWHERE on the internet. Also that was a classic example of business slander personal slander my attorneys my homeboy get it? I'll sue you if the slightest opportunity is there!! Big mistake my friend.
