Wanted to thank Mike of Pack&Mail for the extraordinary service he provided to me regarding the shipping and follow up claim process for damage to a package. Mike packaged a large painting in frame and glass for me and had UPS deliver to North Carolina. I had taken out insurance and had the package addressed to local UPS store. Upon arrival the UPS store manager told me the package appeared to have been damaged during transit and I should come and examine. Upon removing the painting the UPS manager indicated that the packaging job was done extremely well but that the box was apparently dropped as evidenced by a crushed corner and also had a large hole in the box. I concur that Mike did an excellent job in packing and this most likely prevented the damage to the painting from being more extensive. The frame however was damaged in one corner and the glass was cracked. I contacted Mike and he instructed me to take photos and get an estimate for repair back to him. I did all this and provided Mike all the copies and photos. It took a very long time for UPS to process the claim and Mike periodically contacted the insurance claims person and reported back to me the progress (Likely that since this was sent over Christmas time there were a lot of claims being processed). I did eventually receive the insurance claims check which was provided to Mike who then cut a check and sent to me. I am very grateful to Mike for both the great packing job he performed for the painting but especially his customer service after the fact which I believe went above and beyond what would typically be done by many businesses. I would highly recommend using Pack and Mail for sending of packages and especially suggest that everyone strongly consider taking out appropriate/adequate insurance for their packages as this proved to be extremely beneficial in having Mike being able to assist me in the recovery of damage claims. you guys have no credibility..try sepnlumepts before you knock em alot work. i think its a ridiculous claim to say no NO products work your not tough cause you curse. you needa learn before you talk

My family and I have been using this store for the past 6 years to ship and mail packages and find the service to be excellent along with the products that they sell in their store.
