BE AWARE - BE ADVISED.. This postal center -NOT BEING affiliated with the United States Post Office CAN charge anything they want! I found that out the hard way. I was GROSSLY over-charged, twice actually, so shame on me- but THERE WILL NOT BE A THIRD TIME! The clerk calls it a "surcharge" Something that should've cost me .93 cost $3.85 and the clerk was very rough with it. I only hope it arrives to it's recipient undamaged.
