This was possible the most unprofessional jeweler that I have ever experienced. I took my clock in to be cleaned and was told it would be ready in two weeks. After two weeks I returned and asked about the clock. The owner became irate and said I should have called first. He then went on to yell at me and I left with my clock which he had not cleaned yet. Absolutely horrible experience. Stay away fro this shop.

The nut fell off and the minute hand came off, that was the ONLY thing wrong with it when we brought it to you to replace the nut. My husband asked him to clean and oil it while he had it. After having it for over a month, they finally called and said it’s running fast, then when my husband goes to finally bring it home, you tell him it’s not working? The chains won’t even budge. My heart is broken. The message they left after receiving this letter, was that he felt that it could be fixed, he didn’t have enough time. They had it for a month. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING there to have it repaired, especially if it has any sentimental value. It upsets me each and every time I look at our cuckoo on the wall, SILENT.
