I very disappointed with this location. we go in on a friday to purchase a couch and love seat combo...i was stoked that i had saved money for our growing family. we paid for it and go to pick it up and the manager would only give us the love seat. no refund only store credit. the couch has no price tag on it still because they went together. so frustrating. and this is their manager.

Bargains every time you walk in the door and all proceeds go back into the community. Ray

Don't try to donate to Salvation Army in Venice, Fl...they don't return calls, pick up items as promised and the dispatcher is never at work...disappointed. Filed a complaint with Sandra Megna who oversees this area...with no satisfaction...I then used The Elephant Trunk on the Island...much better service and the items sold goes to a good cause.
