You know its bad when the security guard has more tattoos and baggier pants than your daughter's loser boyfriend. Very powertrippy and not professional.

We placed 5-6 phone calls to the company over a period of 2 weeks and never got a return phone call from the two people we left messages for.

Rather than return our first call promptly in order to resolve the issue in a succinct manner, they chose to avoid us.

We made several phone calls to companies that had utilized their services in the past and were told that what we experienced was the norm with this company.
