I drove 400 miles to interview with the owner of AMS and was offered a job the same day. I resigned from my current position and secured residency during my stay that first week of October. 2 days later, I received a letter of intent. Four management companies made derogatory comments about AMS, when seeking a rental and could not understand why. One week later (two days prior to moving to Southern California) before 8am, the owner sent me a text withdrawing his employment offer. I immediately called him and left a voice message, then after one hour responded to his text. He then contacted me by phone yelling with profanities, offered no explanation, and exuded an unprofessional demeanor. In my profession, this is a sign of weakness and characteristic of how they treat their residents at homeowner associations and manage accounts. I am personally grateful that I did not work for AMS Realty and be affiliated with the same poor reputation.

AMS (Bob Collins & Suzy Strople) have been our HOA Property Managers for several years now. They are hands on and excellent at communicating with us. They are quick to respond to inquiries and issues. I often hear horror stories from folks in other HOAs; so am very glad we have AMS.
