Matt Faust was conscientious and strives for a high caliber of customer satisfaction. However, the installers he uses, fall short of the mark. The first installer was Stone and Sons. Jerry Stone had a prima dona fit the day he was to install our windows because they arrived 1 hour late. He walked off the job, but not before he staged a screaming fit on the phone. My neighbor opened her door to walk her dog and was met by a very short man yelling profanities on the phone pacing in front of our house. We had to reschedule for two weeks later. The second installers were from Pacific Pro Builders. They did an adequate job but their clean up afterward was a mediocre attempt. I also think they could have done better with the trim work by adding a mitered corner rather than just a blunt edge. The owner, Jorn, said to cleanup it would be best to use a vacuum, which he did not have with him. Since I assume he has installed retro fit windows before, he would have known that a vacuum would be essential for clean-up. By not carrying one, I'm guessing he never had any intention of tidying up.
