If I could give a 0 star review I would. Ok to start off if your ever thinking about taking your car here DON'T! My car was in the shop for close to 3 months....yes 3 months for damage that should have been taken care of in less than 3 weeks. This company is full of incompetent employees and just plain lazy. There is a receptionist there named Jose. Probably one of the most worth less employees of all time. Also the daughter of Larry, Lianne says she will help but did nothing.

On close to a dozen phone calls made to Jose, I asked for a follow up call. Not one time did he ever call me back. I even told him before I got off the phone with him, I bet you don't call me back. Jose assured me he would which was a bold face lie. Then there is Larry's daughter named Lianne. After two weeks of my car just sitting there. I go down to shop to find out what's going on. Lianne claims she didn't know anything about my car. Lianne did not even know my car was even at the body shop. She gives me her cell phone number and says she will now get involved to get things rolling and to call her if I have any problems. I called her multiple times and didn't receive one follow up phone call.
