Cabrillo Middle School is a part of the Ventura Unified School District, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. Cabrillo Middle School s academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as English, math, science, social studies and language arts. In addition, Cabrillo Middle School conducts foreign language sessions and offers special education programs. The school has a parent-teacher organization that conducts a variety of extracurricular activities and fundraising events. Located in Ventura, Calif., Cabrillo Middle School also encourages students to take part in various sports activities, including kickball and football. The school has a site council that plans, monitors and evaluates the activities and expenditures of the school.
