Mr Wilkes estimated that the repair for my leaking axle seal would be between $300 and $350.00. So i approved the work. He ended up charging me over $380.00 and that included a $40 Auto Club discount. So the charge WOULD have been $420.00. Seems like Dave would be better at an estimate after 25 years or whatever he claims. I wont be back with pricing like that.

Save yourself the time and money. We had our vehicle's transmission rebuilt and have had to take it back in multiple times, all for issues he should have fixed correctly in the beginning. Don't expect quick repairs regarding new issues that arise from what they fixed, your importance is of no concern to them, no matter the situation or fault of the problem. We took our vehicle their because he seemed to know what he was talking about and he was AAA approved. Don't be fooled, once he has been paid he forgets how to be respectful to his customers.
