For our 25th wedding anniversary, I wanted to surprise my wife with a new wedding ring so I enlisted the help of Fox Fine Jewelers.
I worked with Niki and she was brilliant in her knowledge and passion for the jewelry industry. They worked with me to keep it a secret until I revealed it to my wife as it was a surprise at dinner. She even went into the jewelry store the day I was to pick up the ring and they made sure she knew nothing about the ring.
What a great team!! and super nice people.

I love everything from my Tahitian pearl Necklace created by George to my Pandora bracelet. Which, I might add, I was the first to buy several years ago during the art walk. Now, I have the whole family hooked. But the best part is, in addition to having a wonderful store and staff, George and Debbie do wonderful things for their community. Tops in my book!

My husband picked the perfect ring at Fox Fine Jewelry! I would never admit it to Jim, but I noticed that my ring came from Fox Fine Jewelry before I actually noticed the ring. We love this store and the great service that it extended to us every time we walk in the door. I came in on my wedding day because I wanted George and Debbie and their staff to see what joy can stem from one of their fabulous rings. Our lives together started with this ring that their staff and family hand picked and created. I have been using George as my jeweler for over 10 years. I have commissioned him to design several one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry and his work is absolutely stunning. He has never failed to impress me with his work. George has the ability to listen to, understand and come up with solutions to what your needs are. I consider him to be a great talent in designing jewelry.

If you aren't shopping at Fox Fine Jewelers... you should be! Debbie Fox fills their cases with the most fabulous designs of high quality and workmanship. There is something wonderful for any budget. George Fox is an amazingly skilled crafstman. I have been so disappointed in the past at other jeweler's attempts at making a custom piece or even from just a repair, but George's work is flawless! The store is beautiful - I feel good just walking in there! Lori and Sandy are just the best to work with - they always know what I will love, no matter how much or little I have to spend. The pieces at Fox aren't the same things you see everywhere else... I never see anyone else wearing what I have (no matter where I travel, either!), and I'm always receiving compliments, like practically every single day, on the items I've purchased at Fox Fine Jewelers.

When George Fox had not made any progress after more than 2 months on a very expensive repair for me, I went in for the 3rd time (this was week 4 of his latest promise to have it done in "3 or 4 weeks") to pick it up. Not only was the repair not even started, but he would not give me my $10k bracelet, nor my deposit!!!!!

He took that bracelet and turned his back on me and told that he 'gets to keep' my $200 deposit!!!! I spent almost 15 minutes begging him to give me my property!!!

At one point, when I picked up the bag containing the bracelet, he ripped the bag out of my hand so brutally that my fingers were abraded.

I consider his repeated failure to keep his word about the repair deceitful, his business practices in general (like trying to hold my bracelet hostage) slimy, and I firmly believe that I would not have been treated so shabbily, and subjected to his bullying, if I were not a woman. So he's a coward too.
