Provided by YP.comToday, I had to file a police report and a complaint with the Medical Board against Dr. John Cervantes for assault and battery. I believe he has a substance abuse problem as well as I smelled alcohol on his breath during his physical attack on me.
You know, its very disheartening to claim that someone has a substance abuse problem when you know nothing about them. In all reality the doctor doesn't even use drugs OR alcohol. So, it would be impossible to claim what your saying. Let alone drinking while at work. It's one thing to disagree with the DR. but it's quite another to make libel and slanderous accusations that are completely unfounded. You just cannot lie about someone. Especially when its 100% false. we hope you find the treatment you deserve.
