Transient complex with people moving in/out constantly & police here routinely. Interior walls are plaster vs. sheetrock, so you see every imperfection, nail hole, & leak repaired over a 40-year period. Re-glazed outdated cheap kitchen countertops & dirty old bathtubs, require repainting less than 1-year. Water shutoff multiple times per month. Loud-mouthed tenants & unruly children run along the catwalk as if this were a rundown motel. Trash piled a mile high in dumpsters & strewed throughout the grounds. Dark property, because they refuse to replace a simple light bulb & mgmt. does not keep track of requests. Multiple vehicle & carport storage thefts. Landscaping only maintained near their office for show & areas visible by golf cart. Laundry rooms habitually deplorable with broken equipment & cockroaches. Large staff turnover. They will rent to anyone, which only creates constant police activity.
