I am so impressed with this office.. ;) I am such a phobic when it comes to the dentist. In fact I'm embarrassed to say that I don't keep up with my own two kids dental visits due to my phobia. Well, that's all about to change! My son, Ryan was having a really bad toothache early this week and I got referred to this office by my co-worker. First off, the girl on the phone was so personable and sympathetic, she seemed genuinely concerned and got Ryan in for a appointment that same day. I just moved to Ventura from San Diego and have not felt welcomed at all until I walked in this office. The receptionist was so friendly and comforting to my son and I that it really helped put us at ease. As for the dentist, Dr. Shifman, she rocks! I am so happy I came here.. Dr. Shifman was so gentle with Ryan.. she took her time explaining everything and was so very sweet. Ryan actually had a good time.. ;) On our way out Ryan was escorted to a toy box to pick a toy to keep for being such a good patient as I got to meet the other dentist, Dr. Cooper whom as well seems very nice. Ryan is actually looking forward to his next visit.. I'm happy to say I have found our new family dental office! Thank you guys so much for making it a wonderful experience for my son and I. I'm sorry to babble but I was so impressed with this office I felt I needed to.
