What a disaster. A month before the party, we spent more than an hour on the phone with them. We sent them a zillion photos. Two days before the cake was to be made, they called and left a message about "finding some email but not having an order." We called in and they had the wrong day.



On the correct day, they called thirty minutes before the cake was to be done - for a surprise party - and said it would be an extra thirty minutes or more. When we did get there thirty minutes after the time we had agreed upon a month earlier, they wouldn't even show us the cake.



They just nervously asked us to bring the car around. They hustled the cake into the car and we barely got a look. But they were more than happy to take our $180.00. When we got home and really got a look at it, we saw what a mess it was. It was sloppy and falling over and the pattern was not at all as we requested. It was a massive, gross, frosting mess and we were so embarrassed to have to present it at this massive 60th Birthday party. The taste was less than mediocre as well.



We feel completely taken. We are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. We are contacting our local media that covers customers' rights. And we are planning to get a refund. In the meantime, we will be sharing this information with as many people as possible, which shouldn't be too hard since I myself am a part of the national media.
