Scott SUCKS. They are scammers and liars, do NOT rent from them.

DO NOT RENT FROM!!! They are professional liars, and do everything they can to squeeze every penny out of you without giving any support back. It took them TWO months to replace my broken garbage disposal, and I had to live in a AWFUL stench until they fixed it, it was unbearable! As well as unfair considering I was paying high rent prices. They never answered the phone a single time I called over the year I lived there, and they very rarely returned any messages. They were very quick however to send me a late fee in the mail, and also charged me a fee for calling their emergency line!!!! When you can't get a hold of your landlord for weeks when a situation needs attention, it is an emergency. Upon move out, they charged me for missing screens that were never there in the first place, charged me extra cleaning fees ontop of the contract agreed price even though I left the place clean, and scammed every cent out of my deposit they could, I barely got any deposit money back. They definitely are not in the business of being good landlords or managers - they are shady, greedy, lazy people. Do not believe Scott, who pretends to be nice initially.
