It was a pleasure to purchase our dining room set from Wholesale Design Warehouse. From our first visit to the store and up until the delivery of our furniture we were informed of the process and were treated very well by the staff. Will definitely make another purchase in the future as well!

Referred by a friend as a place with a big selection on popular styles and great pricing. Wow, beautiful store through out, unlike any average "furniture" store. This store is all about Design and making your furniture a personal statement. You see can the passion for design from one corner of the store to the other. I was very impressed. The sales guys were professional and knowledgeable. I found the pricing was less than any competitor, it was easy to find them off the freeway and the delivery team was fast and courteous.

In 2012 we went to this place to order a sectional sofa for our beach house. The salesman, Mark, showed us a vinyl couch he said would be easy to clean and work great with wet bathing suites.

The vinyl cloth was really thin and looked cheap and when I mentioned that to him he said "Don't worry for $99 I can sell you Ultra Shield.It's an insurance policy for the couch. No matter what happens to the material they replace it for you. It seemed like a good idea so we bought it. After awhile we started noticing the surface started peeling off.I called Ultra Shield who informed me their warranty does not cover vinyl and that Wholesale Design Warehouse should not have sold it to us. I called Mark and he said on the phone that he was aware of the problems with the vinyl from that company who made it and they had since gone out of business. He did say if we come in he could help us out with a great deal on a replacement. So when we arrived we discussed the situation and Mark now said the only thing he could do was a free Ultra Shield. You mean you will give us the piece of crap Ultra Shield that doesn't cover anything again? I said what responsibility are you willing to take? He was fully aware that Ultra Shield doesn't cover vinyl but said he know nothing of it. He said they would not discount one buck off any couch for us. He would only give us the useless insurance. He needed his full profit on his sofa. Wow! What a scam this place is! Do not ever shop here!

We bought our living room furniture (leather couch set) from them. They gave us a good discount and delivered promptly! The quality is good, they are all manufactured here in the US or in Canada.
