I've had Clark's service our minor maintenance needs for years and have ALWAYS felt the pricing was fair, service complete & dealing with staff better than most--with an inviting waiting area for me&my family, every time. This shop was completely unknown to us prior to a Groupon deal, and we've since developed a trustworthy professional friendship. I'm honestly very surprised there are any negative reviews here, HOWEVER I know mistakes/accidents CAN happen anywhere...(and of course, we all know mad people are just mad & dwell amongst us, right?!)
Fortunately, we've not needed major servicing, but I would certainly trust Chris & his stellar crew to handle such a need if it ever arises. I recommend this shop to anyone in the area, whether close to me, or a stranger.

Clarks offers free electrical diagnosis if it takes less than a half hour or they don't have to pull any panels or trim pieces. If the labor guide says the job takes more than a half hour they charge hourly shop rate for what the book says the job takes. 95% of electrical diagnosis jobs bill at least 1 hour or you have to remove panels. A good auto electric guy can diagnose 90% of all elecyrical problems in 10 to 20 minuits. They bait you in knowing your going to pay at least an hours labor, while telling you it shouldn't cost you anything!

Good service and fair prices.

In this day of cut rate everything, this place is like a visit back in time! I went in for a check engine light and they got me right in and Chris even let me use his car for the afternoon! Great people, great service, don 't go anywhere else.

Now called Clark's Tire & Automotive. Beware of this shop. I took a car in to have a wheel changed and they did $1,300 worth of damage to the driver's door then denied it. Before that, they did not put the oil cap back on one of my cars after changing the oil. Before that, I asked them to do an alignment and instead they checked a suspension part but did not do the alignment. Before that, I left my car there for a full day and asked to ahve the tires changed and the oil changed. They only changed the tires. The owner seems nice, but he really has no clue what is going on in his own shop. Save yourself a lot of grief. stay away.
