From the second you talk to the people at this salon you know they really care about their clients. I was unable to get in and had had a bad experience at another salon. They were very helpful in finding me a new stylist and found time on the book immediately to accommodate me. When I first went in the salon it was very welcoming. Cute, small, and warm. The stylist greeted me at the door and offered coffee and to hang my coat. Once I sat in the chair we began discussing color options. This was just a consult and the owners came over to assist and reassure me how good my stylist was. After we decided on the plan and she quoted me prices, the receptionist was very nice and found me a spot to get the dying done right away. Overall very happy with how my hair turned out and the staff is amazing!! I will be returning and trust anyone in that salon to do my hair. I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice new welcoming salon!

Have been going to Don Frank for three years and love it! Owner as well as all stylists are very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. Nothing but a pleasant experience every time I've been there.Their reputation speaks for itself - long-time, faithful, repeat clients. I have and will continue to refer others to Don Frank Salon.
