I have been to a number of vets before and this is the best one without a doubt. The vet really cares about the animals and not just about money. He was so nice and caring and very dedicated. He helped save my kitties life and I will always come back here. Everyone should go here, he's honestly THE best

I have been going to Vermillion with my dog and cats. I would never trust my critters care to another office and recommend them to everyone I know . The girls at the desk are very friendly, always ask about my dog by name when I come in to pick up meds.

The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatments are available. Always very considerate and professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Champ seems comfortable when I bring him as well.

Let me just say that this business is amazing and you will be pleasantly surprised. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan to get my pup better fast!

Don't take your animals here!!! We had too board our 6 month old dog because of a family emergency across country and were told that she would be taken out at 8 a.m., 12 p.m., 5p.m. and again between 8-10p.m. at night. We were going to get home earlier than we thought and asked if we could pick up her up between 8&10p.m. when they would let the dogs out one last time for the night. This was at 5p.m. and we were informed that they were done for the night and wouldn't be back until 8 a.m. the next morning. Our 6 month old dog sat in her kennel for 15 hours without being let out. We were told we could pick her up the next morning at 8 because nobody would come and let us pick her up that night. The next morning my husband went in and told them what we thought and we were told that we should have made better arrangements and that our dog pulled too hard on the leash. Of course she pulled hard, she is 6 months old and has been kept in the kennel for 15 hours!!!!!! We had to give her a bath the minute we got her home because she smelled like she had been sitting in her own poop for days. You would think that by taking your dog to the vet they would receive great care, but they treat animals like dirt! We will NOT be going back, and I would not recommend anybody to board or take their animal to this clinic! Shockingly terrible treatment of animals.
