We built a new shop last year and had to rent alot of equipment to make it happen-I was very impressed with the help and the equipment I rented was top notch and worked very well.I would highly recommend this business to everyone

If I could give them zero stars I would. The woman told me the equipment I was renting required diesel fuel. I filled two cans, picked up the equipment and headed to the job site. When I realized the equipment required gas (NOT diesel) I called to confirm the fuel type and asked for an additional hour since I had to stop work and go get gas. The owner told me no. I told him we would discuss it more later when I returned the equipment and hung up. His employee (maybe wife?) called back a minute later to apologize for telling me the wrong fuel type, and when I asked her to give me an extra hour as a way of making amends, she said "You live right down the road, I could maybe give you 20 minutes." I (angrily) told her not to bother, as I was done wasting my work time on the phone since I had to go get gas, she said "Well I'm sorry for wasting your time by calling to apologize, but thank you for being so rude." At which point I hung up on her. Then I received a text message from The owner, which read: "Thus [sic] is Mervin the owner of the rental place, if you want to call here and swear, [I did not swear at them, though I felt like it] hang up on us on a Sunday morning when that machine was clearly labeled what kind of fuel it takes and one look at the motor anyone can see that's not a diesel engine, I don't need to deal with rude customers so next time take your business somewhere else."

Then the owner refused to take my calls when I was trying to call him to let him know the equipment had been returned.

I will admit fully to being rude to them, after I was told that despite the woman's incompetence and wasting of my time I could not have additional time in which to return the equipment.



I will be taking his suggestion to not give them my business in the future. I suggest everyone else do the same.

These people are the rudest, most misinformed, people you'll ever talk to. My friend spent a good amount of money filling diesel jugs on the way to pickup his equipment because he was told it was diesel. After picking it up and realizing it was not diesel, he filled it with the proper fuel, then asked if he could have an extra hour for the loss of money and time. Not only were they rude, the woman lied to the man and said my friend had sworn at her. My friend then got a rude text from the owner because of it.

this guy is way too picky chargeing for scratches on the equipment and for fueling up the equipment
