I have worked with Perry insurance for several years. My entire family uses them as well as my husbands family. I have had nothing but problems with them. I feel that they are entirely unprofessional and do not care a bit about their clients. I have had several problems with them, and every time they are EXTREMELY rude and inappropriate. They caused my husbands insurance to lapse because his agent moved to another area of the company and our file had not been "assigned" to anyone new, I cannot even understand how this could happen. Every time we have ever called with a question or concern we get tossed around to several different people, none of whom seem to have any idea what they are doing. We will NEVER use them again, and because of our experiences my in laws just dropped them from their business account and will not be using them either. I have never had a more horrible experience with any other business. Shame on PERRY INSURANCE.

Thanks Perry Insurance for taking care of my auto insurance and home insurance. Cindy made the process very easy and saved me some money and got be better coverage.
