I went to them about a year ago after another shop in town said I needed a whole new transmission and they were fantastic. I liked the service and staff but I went back to them on the 9th for a simple service and tire rotation. About two hours into a trip I took on the 12th I had lug nuts coming off of my back passanger side tire! I had to go buy new lug nuts and tighten all four tires!!! When I called today to let them know what happened the lady at the desk said that you have to retighten them after so many miles... I understand tightening but the one wheel was about off. I am disapointed and will NOT use them again.
