Disappointed!

Purchased over $150 for my daughters bday party and bought cinderella cups a dozen to be exact. I live like 30 minutes away so I had not had a chance to come by and exchange. I lost my receipt but brought back the cups back in the same packaging. I only wanted to exchange the one broken cup and they said no because they didn't know if I purchased here. I was a loyal to them and recommended them, not anymore. Sell broken cup and won't even exchange. Very disappointed!!!
